CI 19140. FD&C Yellow 5 Al Lake (C69-002)  is an organic coloring pigment. It is a bright and bold pigment. Used in lipsticks, face make-up, nail lacquer and eye make-up. In U.S, it is majorly used in face make-up & lipsticks and sometimes used in eye make-up & nail lacquer.
In Japan, it is used in cleansing preparations, hair preparations, treatment preparations, make-up preparations, fragrant preparations, suntan / sunscreen preparations, nail make-up preparations, eyeliner preparations, lip preparations, oral preparations and bath preparations.
Complies with U.S Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) title 21, parts 70-82, Japan (CSL & JSCI) and European Union Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC.
