Disperse micro-powder of titanium dioxide or zinc oxide in water or oil fully to form a uniform and stable slurry, whichcan be better adapted to different base materials and is easy to add and use. lt was developed and designed to be used forwhitening sunscreen emulsion, and other skin care products and cosmetics.Its unique qualities are as follows:
